2. Performed rigorous dashboard development and maintenance for clinical and business data for the Radiological Sciences Division

Technology Planning Division (TPD):
1. Developed a Tkinter GUI in Python that automates an entire data analysis pipeline
2. Developed an API for an SQLite3 database for data analysis
3. Successfully decreased analysis turnaround time - from 3 days to 15 minutes.

Agency for Integrated Care (Singapore)

Quality and Productivity Division (QPD):
1. Successfully directed a project in R to automate the creation of 67 Nursing Home Reports with 1000+ graphs which led to a 90% decrease in report generation time
2. Performed extensive statistical research and testing on survey data
3. Performed simple data cleaning, PivotTables and VLOOKUP functions in Excel
4. Produced a resource guide and infographics in Canva for nursing homes to follow up on the reports received

Health Services Research Centre, SingHealth/Duke-NUS Medical School:
- Wrote the documentation and code of a new R package to be used as a clinical prediction tool
- Restructured the architecture of the new package for delivery into a Shiny web app
- Integrated backend package functions into the reactive Shiny app
- Designed the front end UI of the app
- Performed minor bug fixes and updates based on feedback given
- Recommended relevant improvements to code

Purpose of Clinical Prediction Tool: Early detection of clinical deterioration to achieve timely response to critical patients, decreasing the rate of preventable early inpatient mortality

Nanyang Technological University

Dr Wilson Goh's Lab:
- Developed programming pipelines for analysis of healthcare datasets in breast cancer 
- Extracted gene expression big data using GEOquery in R
- Handled data manipulation of multiple gene expression corpuses using Rbase and tidyverse packages in R
- Conducted analysis of large transcriptomic data using bootstrapping techniques
- Presented developed pipelines and algorithms via a Rmarkdown-generated report to a team of 10 data science experts

Dr. Wilson Goh's Lab:
- Collaborated with a professor in revamping 3 lessons on Bio-statistics and Machine Learning
- Developed interactive teaching materials to introduce biomedical data science to year 2 students

Data Science Teaching Assistant

Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine

Prof. Andrew Tan's Lab:
- Handled live mice under the supervision of a superior (Intraperitonial injection, scruffing)
- Conducted PEMF treatment procedures on live mice
- Collaborated with Post-Doctorals in the harvesting of organs of 18 mice
- Performed tissue dissociation techniques to prepare mice tissue samples for FACS analysis
- Performed FACS analysis on mice tissue samples and achieved desirable results for the research question

- Conducted daily operation briefings on the daily operations of a security squadron to update Principal Staff Officers
- Handled phonecall queries through the security hotline in a operations room
- Maintained basic upkeep of cleanliness, tidiness, and functionality of items in the operations room
- Co-ordinated with commanders to track any happenings in the squadron
- Conducted routine CCTV surveillance to identify any personnel displaying Tell-Tale Indicators (TTI)
