Assisted in the oversight of camp squad leaders and camp counselors. Provided additional leadership support for staff and served as touch point for camper issues including behavioral, accidents, and any disciplinary action required. Responsible for documenting camper behavior assessments, distributing and collecting camper and staff postcards, assisting in performance reviews, and communicating with camper parents.

Summer Camper Care Assistant

Supervised and fostered the spiritual and physical health, safety, discipline, and skill development of camper participants ages 7-12. Enforced camp rules and standards to ensure the safety and fun for all campers. Led daily camper devotions, camp games and activities, counselor engagements, and other daily functions of camp.

Recorded financial data regarding student admission, Federal verification, and award packages. Performed daily office functions such as scanning, filing, and sorting confidential documents in a timely and efficient manner. Was responsible for creating student worker schedules, training new workers, and maintaining daily functions of the office.
