I am a revolutionised values coach who helps people that are stuck in their life, struggling to find their value, to become the best version of themselves. Do you want to get out of your rut and take back the driver’s seat? Do you want help including getting tools and strategies to change your limiting beliefs and embrace your unique value? To empower you to work towards how you want to show up in life? I focus on giving people tools and strategies to build resilience to face life's obstacles and setbacks to continue kicking goals and moving towards their ideal vision in life, whether it's career, relationships and community, personal growth and spirituality, education, health and wellbeing. I come from a research science background, with connection to the environment, psychology and the community. I work as a holistic practitioner as we are part of an ecosystem that includes the physical and social environment we live in, the network of people we interact with and the emotional and spiriitual essence both around us and within us. We are the product of these influences but we can choose how these influences shape us. I am also an avid traveller that loves to get off the beaten track and explore cultures and communities at a personal level. We can learn so much if we keep out our eyes and minds open to new experiences.
