I help businesses to grow in two ways : 1- we optimize and automate their sales processes to allow them to focus on human interactions by implementing HubSpot (CRM, automated marketing, automation of sales follow-ups and customer service 2- we increase their visibility on the web through the creation of relevant and effective content. I work closely with my clients' sales processes to help them tame the web and move their clients through their sales funnel. Creation, optimization, passion and automation are my favorite keywords! I genuinely love people and I am not shy to say I am a professionnal fan ! Therefore, promoting businesses, non profit organisations or events is a second nature for me. I love creating new things when I feel there is a need for it. This is why I created the Marathon d'écriture de Québec because I didn't understand why only collegians had their own 24h of fiction writing ! Since 2016, I have been working full time to scale my HubSpot Solutions Partner agency, Guépard Communications (Guépard means cheetah in french - I combined the 3 first letters of both my last names to name my agency).
