Chaves County CASA is a not-for-profit agency serving Children in Chaves and Northern Eddy County New Mexico through a variety of programs. These programs include- Court Appointed Special Advocates, Forensic Interviews, and Alternative Middle School.
Our board establishes and oversees the implementation of policy for the agency. We lead fundraising opportunities, and public relations, and supervise the Executive Director. We set and manage the annual and quarterly budgets for the program as well as employee and executive compensation. The board also crafts and guide the agencies strategic plan.

We also provide 3rd party reload and logistics services to the building materials, agriculture, steel, and energy industries.

Roswell Hike it & Spike It

Roswell Hike it & Spike it is the worlds largest 4 on 4 flag football tournament. This event boasts attendance of over 40,000 people, almost 600 teams from across the US and Mexico, and a direct economic impact of over $3,000,000.00 My role on the executive board includes managing our onsite vendors, our relationship with law enforcement and first responders, and overseeing our parking as well as being a general go-to guy for the odd jobs that seem to come up on tournament weekend.
