With global experience across the UK, Europe, US, and Australia, I bring a commercial, creative lens to business development, partnerships, and go-to-market strategy. I currently lead strategic partnerships at The L Factor Ltd, working alongside award-winning mentor Lenna Lou to activate growth opportunities across leadership, learning, and investor networks. 

In 2024, I made the official transition from marketing into a more business development and partnerships focused role after spending time un-introverting myself. And having spent the last two years building investor relations. But I've always had the commercial acumen it takes, having built my own client portfolio for my own fractional work.

I speak regularly on AI, ethics, and innovation, and I’m particularly interested in how emerging tech and storytelling can fuel more ethical, inclusive growth.
