Led the pre-acquisition process, including negotiations and contract refinement. Remained in-house at LifeBrandsD2C for 10 months as the President & CEO of a new subsidiary (LifeBrands Digital). 

- Worked to integrate our existing SOPs into their entire company and systemize fulfillment to produce consistent results. 
- Led the talent acquisition process, building 3 new teams from the ground up for Google, Email Marketing, and Studio Creative.
- Continued to lead the B2B sales process, including securing a new Fortune 500 client.
- Added 3 new revenue streams for the agency and increased the average monthly client retainer to over $15,000. 
- Further developed internal procedures to standardize client results, improve internal training procedures, and standardize the B2B sales process.
