Duties included Sponsorship, Recruitment, liasing with Council/Senior executives, Pastoral Care, Budgeting as well as General club management.

Key Achivements :

Club Championship improvement from 18th in 2008/09 the year before I arrived to 10th (2009/10), 2nd (2010/11)
Increase of Sponsorship portfolio by 50%
1st grade increasing professional players from 0% of team to 25% of team
1st grade Limited Overs premiership 2012 (first time in over 15 seasons)
