During my professional career I have always been active within the operational divisions of the companies I worked for. Over time I have seen different kind of companies, from corporates up to 15.000 employees to startups of 15 people. In this periode I experienced interesting times like extensive growth but I also was involved in reorganising en optimising companies and processes to keep them alive. People who know me well can tell that I am very hands on, ambitious and straight forward. I really like to take on new or so called 'impossible' challenges.
