MME, Inc. is a precision CNC company and small minority owned business in Brooklyn Park, MN. Our team strives to deliver on-time, high-quality, customizable aerospace products for our customers. 

I was in charge of hundreds of aerospace products at tumble and chemfilm departments from the beginning of their life cycle to their end. I communicated and collaborated with cross-functional, diverse teams to streamline daily manufacturing production and meet on-time delivery goals above 90% every month. During my spare time, I created data visualization reports to help and influence senior management on making data-driven decisions. 

• Supported Production Manager and multiple departments on Slack for weekly planning, scheduling, monitoring, and controlling purchase orders to meet customer demands with high-quality products and on-time delivery above 90%
• Presented Power BI data visualizations for senior management to understand data-driven decisions on department issues
• Organized a holiday party with event planning team and stakeholders to celebrate milestones of all 153 MME employees
• Partnered with Minnesota Precision Manufacturing Association (MPMA) to promote a Toys for Tots drive at MME using PowerPoint and Outlook, empowering MME employees to collectively donate 200 toys for children in a month

Project Leader / Production Control Specialist

Boston Scientific is a medical device manufacturing company with a mission to transform and save patient lives. We stand by our motto, "I improve the quality of patient care and all things Boston Scientific." I collaborated with 50+ Stablepoint medical workers and engineers on a project to build and release the first force-sensing cardiac ablation catheter in the market. This project initiated during the COVID-19 pandemic. 

From this role, I learned how to lead teams, adapt to agile changes in the environment, and promote continuous improvement ideas. 

• Implemented 11 agile continuous improvement ideas in GCIBS to solve workplace challenges by identifying root causes and solutions to streamline workflow and reduce waste, throughput time, and costs in compliance to BSC Quality Policy
 • Built strong relationships with Stablepoint coordinators, supervisors, engineers, and builders to ensure successful team performance across all 3 shifts using SAP MES and Smart Factory live data to accurately monitor daily flow production
• Collaborated with lead engineers in Kaizen Event to discuss solutions for process improvement using fishbone diagram
• Trained new employees on quality and safety protocols with on-the-job training, certifications, and product testing
• Won Good Catch Award from detecting issues with production parts and materials, achieving yield outputs above 100%

Wonsulting is a startup company founded in 2019 with the mission of turning underdogs into winners. We help those from non-target schools and non-traditional backgrounds reach their dream careers. The Wonsulting Project 2020 launched for students and professionals affected by the COVID-19 pandemic to remain resilient and re-direct their careers. 

My role as a project manager was to lead a remote team from start to finish on building our product, "Know Your Nutrition" website. We performed multiple iterations of our product by collecting data and gathering user feedback to improve upon our website features. I learned how to adapt and interact with virtual teams using project management skills with this role during the COVID-19 pandemic. 

● Created a work breakdown structure (WBS), project plan, and timeline within first week of forming teams for project deliverables, resulting in clear communication to complete tasks on time and on track using Microsoft Teams and Excel
● Managed multiple project workflows in Asana Kanban boards to prioritize tasks based on dependency and deadlines as "to-do," "in-progress," "review," and "done" stages, ensuring efficient team collaboration and on-time project completion
● Scheduled and prepared materials to facilitate weekly meetings and conference calls with entire team in Microsoft Teams, helping to stay on track and on time with project deadlines
● Performed A/B Testing with a team of developers to experiment various mock-ups and prototypes of a website, gaining critical feedback to improve and enhance the user experience for target audience
● Created and recorded a short YouTube tutorial video using OBS to help users understand how to navigate team’s website
● Released final version of the website on LinkedIn, resulting in 800+ post impression views and positive user feedback received from sprint reviews and retrospective meetings before final project closure

My main role was to plan, coordinate, and execute ideas for a special wedding event. I learned how to apply and incorporate the fundamentals of project management with this role. 

● Consulted with clients to identify needs with defining event requirements, scope, costs, schedule, risks, roles, and guest lists
● Coordinated, planned, and implemented logistics with 23 internal volunteer members and local vendors to set up event space
● Tracked and reduced total budget expenses by 50%, resulting in meeting goal of clients’ desired wedding budget

The Office for Student Affairs offer services to help students have successful academic experiences at the University of Minnesota. 

My main role was to welcome incoming students, clients, and senior department unit leaders with their needs to promote a safe, valuable, and enriching experience at the University of Minnesota. I learned professionalism, logistics, administration, and customer service skills from this role. 

● Provided friendly & timely customer service by greeting clients, responding to daily phone calls, and scheduling appointments
● Streamlined storage room of office supplies and daily physical mail to improve efficiency and productivity for all 16 OSA units
● Communicated with OSA unit executives to promote student engagement and community outreach via email newsletters
● Advised in hiring and training new administrative assistant on office protocols to enrich University of Minnesota community

Previously, I worked with people on building products and services in nonprofit, healthcare, medical device, and aerospace manufacturing industries. My passion for serving our people led me to pursue new opportunities with the State of Minnesota government.
