Professor Justin O'Brien is a National Teaching Fellow and has 16 years international sales and marketing experience with British Airways, working in Japan, Germany and Russia. Following his passion for change management, developing people, running motivational international conferences and high impact training events, Justin followed his heart into HE. Drawing on outstanding communications experience at BA he delivers highly rated, skills fronted, flipped and experiential learning experiences in management, specialising in marketing (services/digital/entrepreneurial), strategy, and consultancy. Justin has a proven track record in a range of non-executive governance roles, including helping RPA tech start-up, Liquid Palladium. He has extensive cross-cultural, transnational teaching experience in France, Eire, Sweden and Singapore and delivers peer Masterclasses: in business case writing, inspiring creativity, and innovative pedagogies. With extensive experience delivering distance learning, programme design, QA, and accreditation (AMBA) he undertakes consultancy and guest speaking work internationally and welcomes new invitations to collaborate.
