I am a multipotentialite. That is just a fancy way to say that I choose to pursue excellence in more than one field - management and speaking. Field Manager: in 2002 I was driving on a busy highway when both of my front tires blew. I was stranded when a motorist pulled over and recommended road service. I was immediately impressed with the professional service I received. Little did I know that 5 years later I would become an employee of AAA. I started as a membership advocate and worked my way up in the organization. Now I have the distinct pleasure of leading two offices offering member services as well as insurance (auto, home, life) and travel. I am passionate about offering superior customer service while protecting assets and making travel dreams come true. Speaker: In high school I had the opportunity to be a part of a high school theater company. I loved the thrill of being on stage and engaging the crowd. I come alive when I have the opportunity to motivate, encourage and inspire an audience to pursue greatness. Words and thoughts have the power to change homes, communities, and nations. I have spoken to audiences across Canada and the United States. I currently speak in two key areas: personal growth and marriage enrichment.
