Hanuman Jayanti 2024.The celebration of Hanuman Jayanti varies by time and tradition in each state of India. 

The day involves puja vidhi, temple visits, and nationwide celebrations with rituals and hymns. Dedicated to Hanuman ji, the ardent and favourite devotee of Lord Ram, Hanuman Jayanti is celebrated every year and with great enthusiasm.

Lord Hanuman is the son of Vayu, which is the wind and he represents the five senses – namely, smell, taste, sight, touch and hearing. Lord Hanuman had mastered all the five senses which also represent the five basic elements of the universe – earth, water, ether, fire and air.
Mastering these five senses through the control of breath (pranayama) or through meditation, mantra chanting and wearing of the 14 mukhi Rudraksha helps one attain self-control, knowledge and power, while adhering to one’s life purpose.

On this birth anniversary of Lord Hanuman, it’s time to become aware of your senses and practice discipline. Train your senses so that they help you devotedly follow your life purpose or dharma.

Lord Hanuman  is worshipped by people for good physical and mental health, wisdom and knowledge and for protection against misfortune and evil. He is the essence of pure devotion, complete surrender to the divine and complete absence of ego.

When Lord Ram ascended to heaven, he asked Hanuman to stay back and watch over Mother Earth and Hanuman agreed to stay back.

In this way, when you have followed your life purpose and the time comes for you to leave your mortal body, the experience of your life purpose will remain. The world will benefit from it in the years to come. Just as Hanuman stayed back forever, the fruits of your life’s work will live long after you have left the earth.

🧿_We hear and we read a lot quotes of motivation used by great leaders and influencers to push passive & lazy poeple to get out of their comfort zone and start moving and working so as to be productive and successful in a way or another such as :

📍-(Believe you can and you're halfway there).Theodore Roosevelt. 
📍-(Set goals high and don't stop till you get there ).Bo Jackson. 
📍_(I never dreamed about success i worked for it).Estee Lauder .

🧿_But most poeple don't think seriously about the next step they should take after accomplishing their dreams. 

💎_Some of them would then fail after success and lost their money & their social status after years of perseverance and hard work. 
💎_As they become arrogant overconfident bad managers pervert or corrupted. 
💎_They are numerous examples that prove what i said.
 ▪︎☆Movie and music starts come first sport players come second bosses and managers of companies rank third .
▪︎☆I don't like to mention names to not damage their reputation and hurt their feelings. 

🧿_For that reason i find useful to share with you some tips that may help every body to avoid tasting the bitterness of defeat after victory. 

1️⃣_Be humble to hear any feedback or critics from your loyal clients it helps hugely to improve the quality of your products and services.

2️⃣_Be aware of market fluctuations and volatility to act and respond quickly to any sudden event like international conflicts wars pandemics and natural catastrophies.

3️⃣_Not every one is happy and excited about your success Some feel threatened and may give you the wrong advices in a sweet way to drop you down. So check up on your friends and your employees if you're an entrepreneur to know their intentions. 

4️⃣_Stay curious and open to any collaboration with smart investors even if your business is going well .Always union is a strength. 

5️⃣_Be updated about your competitors prices policies newness ect to keep your market position and satisfy your customers needs.

"At least he didn't suffer......At least you have other children".   Doug Manning wrote a book titled, "Don't Take My Grief Away".   There are a myriad of ways that we encourage those who are mourning to focus on the reasons they have to feel grateful.  The bereaved are left inadvertently feeling that they shouldn't be sorrowful.  Naturally, we don't want those we care about to suffer.  As we may be uncomfortable with grief, we "deputize" ourselves while under the influence of "rescuitis" to save others from theirs.

We need not get lost in the weeds of black and white thinking.  Dr. Cacciatore illuminates this in the essential truth that we can hold the reality of gratitude and loss.  Those of us who are in the soul circle of support can release the myth that we must do something with the grief experience.   You do not need to "spin" someone's sorrow.  Rather, you must learn to have the courage to honor it.  Be the space of safety that allows the story of who died and the meaning they had to be told.

Mothers' and then Fathers' Day will soon be upon us.  The hole in the heart that stings the soul will reverberate with a deeper anguish for those whose children have died.  We can invite those grieving to tell us what they miss about being a parent.  It is not our right to prescribe what they should be grateful about.  Grief is really not a problem.  The shame, judgment and resistance that surrounds it is.  Those who are mourning know whether you are someone with whom vulnerability can quietly rest without being jostled by reasons to feel glad.  

Perhaps our own pain will be awakened as we step forward to allow another's grief.  We can bring all of what serves the hearts of others to ourself.  The loss of those we love doesn't call upon us to be warriors.  It is that inherent season of our life in which the wind blows the leaves off our favorite tree.  When ready, we can choose to reflect gratefully for the blessed gift of having them touch our life.  The wise heart knows that everything that has the nature to arise must pass away.  The courageous one knows that our tears remind us how much they mattered.

A moment of poise. Balanced in an exquisite expression of freedom. What would it mean for you to stand in such a place within yourself. When we allow ourselves to be authentic, we are free to share the fullness of our being. This necessitates that we stop empowering others to determine whether our movement is acceptable. It is not the indifference of insensitivity. Rather, it is the empowerment of our truth. When we perform for the ovation of other's approval, we abandon the opportunity to celebrate ourselves.

In the light of stretching into our beautiful self, the standing ovation occurs within. We can name and claim what we honor about our gifts. We affirm that we matter as our actions are consistent with self-respect. As we need not strike the perfect pose, we stop shaming the shadows which we share in this collective humanity. Rather than standing in front of the mirror of judgment, we allow the situations of our life to mirror the places we need to let go. Strengthened by the balance of equanimity, we need not be blown here and there. This is the pose of peace. Like any great artist, we must practice daily. 

While we embrace the ever-changing reality of impermanence, we can also stand in the constancy of love. When guided by this principle of the heart, we do not compare our posture to others. For their dance is not ours. We understand that the music which will move our soul will be felt deepest when touching others. As we know that everyone around us would hope to be seen as mattering, we offer them kindness. This is the invitation that reminds them that they belong. As do we.

When we stand in the mosaic of our whole self, we welcome all parts to the table of our heart. For this is the place of our feast. As we understand the limited nature of our life, we stretch beyond the fear. This will require that we practice courage. To speak our truth in the many ways we can. We cherish the preciousness of this moment. It is here that we strike the pose of gratitude. For the opportunity to breathe in and breathe out each day.

Gratitude is such a powerful mindset that can totally transform our outlook on life! 

It allows us to appreciate the blessings & opportunities regardless of the challenges we may face! 

Instead of dwelling on what's wrong or what we lack, we choose to focus on what's right & what we do have! 

Being thankful for every chance we get reminds us of our ability to make choices! 

We have the power to choose happiness & gratitude even in the face of adversity! 

Life is rarely easy or perfect - it throws curveballs & surprises however it's our mindset & perspective that determine how we respond to these circumstances! 

Choosing to be happy & grateful doesn't mean that we dismiss our problems or ignore our struggles! 

It means that we acknowledge them & we also recognize the good things in our lives by shifting our focus to the positives instead of dwelling on the negatives! 

By doing so, we cultivate a sense of contentment and joy, even in the midst of challenges! 

I think there is a certain freedom in acknowledging all the problems we don't have  - We're often consumed by what we lack or what we wish could be different! 

By stopping to recognize what we don't have to deal with, we gain perspective & appreciation! 

We become more aware of the blessings we enjoy, whether it's good health, loving relationships or a stable job! 

I cannot stress enough the understanding of the absence of certain problems that can help us value the presence of goodness in our lives! 

At the end of the day being thankful for every chance we get is a choice we make daily!

One of the best examples that stands out for me is Mo Gawdat - Tragedy struck this tech entrepreneur who was the Chief Business Officer at Google X! 

In 2014, his 21-year-old son Ali died during a routine operation on his appendix because of a series of medical errors! 

Mo is quoted as saying, Today, two or three times a week, I still feel like shouting and screaming, “Ali died!”

‘But I’ve trained my brain to say, “Yes, but Ali lived!” ❤️❤️❤️

It’s just the opposite side of the coin, but it’s also such a joyful thought. My brain remembers the games we played together, the laughs we had, the amazing things he taught me.’

So, you see while we focus on someone who died, can we also acknowledge - Yes & they lived! 

Gratitude is possible even in the middle of Grief & the biggest Losses of our Life!

When we look at someone who is successful we tend to say that they are talented & that is how they got to where they are at! 

It is much deeper than that - this talent wasn't handed to them! 

We do not see the hard work & sacrifice that is behind this talent! 

And even if they have an innate edge in some things, chances are we too have an innate edge in other things!

Oten we use the talent thing as a crutch meaning they are lucky & feel small or defeated by the other yet there are so many things that we can do to help our own cause! 

All of us can cultivate these if we so desire regardless of how talented we are or not! 

Here are 🔟 traits that anyone can develop & their payoff in Life is tremendous: 

1️⃣ Punctuality: Being on time shows respect & professionalism

2️⃣ Work ethic: Dedication & effort are in our control regardless of skill level

3️⃣ Effort: Giving our best energy & attention impacts success and perception

4️⃣ Body language: Non-verbal cues can convey confidence & engagement

5️⃣ Energy: Positive energy motivates & inspires others

6️⃣ Attitude: A positive mindset affects interactions & approach to challenges

7️⃣ Passion: Enthusiasm enhances performance & enjoyment

8️⃣ Coachability: Being open to feedback allows for growth & improvement

9️⃣ Going the extra mile: Taking initiative & exceeding expectations shows dedication

🔟 Preparedness: Preparation leads to success & demonstrates commitment

By fostering these attributes we improve our chances to enhance relationships, improve our performance, achieve success & leave behind good impressions!

Hippocrates hailed as the "Father of Medicine," left an indelible mark! 

For those of you who do not know, doctors & healthcare professionals take a hippocratic oath before they begin their medical practice! 

A lot of us will say, Health is Wealth however very few put their money where their mouth is!

His thought-provoking statement that illnesses do not manifest out of the blue rather as a consequence of accumulated sins against Nature has to be seen from a nuanced perspective! 

He is not referring to some inherent moral wrongdoings rather to the neglect or indiscretion that we display! 

All of us would be wise to reflect on the smallest actions that may gradually erode our health over time rather than viewing them as omens or punishments! 

"Sins" in this context are metaphorical slights against our own well-being which can encompass a wide array of factors - sedentary lifestyle, poor dietary choices, lack of sleep, excessive stress or even neglecting our emotional & mental well-being! 

These add up over a period of time & are in effect deposits of illness or ill-being on our part! 

By understanding that our health is inseparable from our actions, we can empower ourselves to make proactive choices that promote wellness rather than succumbing to preventable illnesses! 

There is no doubt that there is also a complex interplay of many other factors that result in Illness however we cannot discount the significant role that our lifestyle choices play in shaping our health outcomes! 

Rather than viewing illness as a random occurrence, let us embrace the wisdom imparted by Hippocrates! 

By honoring our bodies through mindful decisions & prioritizing our well-being in all aspects of life, we deposit into our wellness account and maximize our chances for wellness! 

Beyond that whatever happens happens, at least we know we gave it our best shot! 

We do not have to lose something before we wake up - We can be pro-active & write on the slate of our Life!

As I entered the main gate, I saw one boy was standing.  He was my neighbour's son. He told "Aunty, Daadi passed away ".

 I was shocked and asked him, "When ".

"This afternoon " was his reply.

I came inside and sat down on a chair. I was thinking  about  Daadi. I didn't  know her real name but  everyone called her Daadi. She was in her mid 70s. 

Someone had told me about her. She came from a poor family but married into a rich one. Sadly, she didn't get much respect from her in laws especially from her husband who ran a furniture shop as she was from a poor family and just passed primary school. 

Her elder son, when he was just in 11th grade, took his own life. Three years later, her husband passed away too leaving one son and daughter to be taken care of. 

Daadi found comfort in the Gurudwara, spending time there in the morning with a smile for everyone and taking care of her family. She depended on her in-laws but never felt respected by them. 

Whole life she kept on doing household  work but never got the love from her  other two children.

I just prayed joining  my hands, "Rest in peace Daadi."

Later I came to know that  she vomitted blood in the morning  and passed away. 

I felt  relieved  that she didn't  have to face any long disease. 

Daadi's life teaches us about facing challenges with bravery, even when it seems like everything is against us. 

But it also reminds us of the importance of education. If Daadi had been educated, she might not have had to rely on others.

 Education empowers individuals, giving them the tools to stand on their own feet and make a better life for themselves.

Thus education is a must for everyone, regardless of gender. Illiteracy can lead to dependency, but education opens doors to independence and self-reliance.

Find Your Mojo

In a world where we can get easily distracted from our path, we need to occasionally reassess & rekindle our Mojo.

Find your mojo is a phrase that means to find your unique formula for success.

We all lose our mojo. It happens to the best of us. It’s all part of this complex journey of being human.

One day we’re feeling all inspired and the next we can hardly sit up straight.

Or it can happen slowly, we’re busy working, getting on with things, but it feels like we’re slowly draining away.

And honestly, life just carries on & we’re lying on our backs floating down the stream, which sounds nice except that we’re floating backwards & we can’t see which way we’re going and it’s disorientating.

The main thing is, when we lose our mojo we can feel like we’re getting left behind.

We need to once again question our Why,
We need to re-ignite our passion to follow our dream,
We need to get our zest back,
and get on with overcoming  the challenges of life.

The best way to rekindle your Mojo is To question your Why - What is it that moves you the most?

Identifying your why is critical.
What motivates you is the ignition to your passion, the source of your enthusiasm & the fuel of your persistence.

The power of your why is what gets you to stick through the grueling, mundane & laborious work.

All of the HOWs will be meaningless until your WHYs are powerful enough.

I love this analogy that Darren Hardy uses to bring this concept home.

“If I were to put a ten-inch-wide, thirty-foot-plank on the ground & say, “If you walk the length of the plank, I’ll give you twenty dollars” would you do it?
Of course, it’s an easy twenty bucks.  
But what if I took that same plank & made a roof-top bridge between two 100-story buildings?

That same twenty dollars for walking the thirty-foot plank no longer looks desirable or even possible, does it?
You’d look at me and say, Not on your life.

However, if your child was on the opposite building, and the building was on fire, would you walk the length of the plank to save him/her?
Without question and immediately – you’d do it, 20 dollars or not.”

What changed?  The risks and dangers were the same – but your Why changed.

The reason was big enough and you were willing to perform almost any 'How'.

Spend some time reflecting on what makes you tick & challenge yourself to do something you've never done before. 
Connect with the future you desire.
Reflect on the long-term goals that get you excited.

If that takes time, Exploit the power of small wins & Engage in activities that cultivate a state of 'flow.
Find your Mojo, Follow your dreams.

We run from place to place, person to person our whole lives! 

Seeking Another often at the expense of never taking the time to Seek ourselves!

It is a constant search for a sense of belonging & a place to call home! 

In fact, we often say things like - I will be complete when... 

We never Stop to think that home is within me & goes wherever I do! 

So much time spent looking for external validation & acceptance, thinking that happiness and security lie in the approval of others or in finding a physical place to settle down! 

Home is a feeling, a state of being that comes from within! 

We carry our sense of belonging with us wherever we go -  in the way we love ourselves, the way we treat others, the way we connect with the world!

Home is not just a fixed location or a specific group of people because if it is we will find ourselves homeless a lot! 

It is the peace & comfort we find in our own heart, the confidence & strength we cultivate within! 

Instead of constantly searching for external sources of validation & belonging, why not learn how to turn inward & find solace in the fact that you are your own home! 

We can create a sense of belonging wherever we go, because we carry that sense of home within us! 

When will I learn that home is within me & goes wherever I do?

With this newfound realization, one can find a sense of peace & contentment that they perhaps never knew was possible! 

It is about coming home to yourself! 

In Due Time, you will find that the part you are missing is a part of yourself! 

This is the piece that ends All Searches & is called going inwards!
