Working on Voice( DID, Freephone, UIFN, International Toll-Free), SMS( Short Code, Long Code & 2-Way Messaging), Wireshark, SMPP Protocol, SIP Protocol

Role and Responsibilities for SMS -
	
•	Traffic measurement and analysis.
•	Configuration and deletion of the MSISDN's.
•	Creating New product as per Marketing Requirement 
•	Reactivate/Deactivate lines(MSISDN's)
•	Configuration of Short Codes, Long Code & 2-Way Numbers
•	NOC Support for SMS related issues
•	Root cause analysis like message failure ( Reject, bind issues, routing issue ) with the help of 
        Wireshark and logs
•	Understanding of VAS applications with proficiency SMPP v3.4
•	Working exposure to configuration management tool (Alaris Lab tool /Kayako)
•	Successful onboarding, customer/Vendor configurations, Give Routing at per least cost.
•	Customer/Vendor Trouble Ticketing Management, Team handling, and reporting.
•	Testing/configuration with clients and Regular Monitoring and Traffic analysis of all customers.
•	Customer/Vendor Trouble Ticketing Management, Team handling, and reporting.
•	Interact with clients/Vendors for requirement analysis and help them resolve the issues and 
        provided solutions on time by giving online support.
•	Analyzing the charged Failed cases for SMS 
•	All unsolved Major/Critical alarms the alarms escalated to second level engineering team within 
        the SLA period.

Role and Responsibilities for DID/ITFS/UIFN -

•	Fault management, Fault Reporting & Alarm evaluation (Detection & Fixing)
•	Opening and Resolving Trouble Tickets related to Vendors, Customers, and Suppliers
•	Working with the finance team in Dispute resolution
•	Working on VOIP soft switches (Cataleya & Orcawave ) for DID. Toll-free, International Toll-free number 
        Operations.
•	Root cause analysis of issue like Voice quality issue, failure issue with help of Wireshark traces and logs.

Network Operations Center Engineer

• Responsible for NOC Provisioning.
• NOC Handling (National, International). 
• Configuration, Troubleshooting, and Testing of VOIP services.
• Core Troubleshooting in SIP through SDP.
• Configure and make live client’s Accounts on MVTS-II, SR-S4500.
• Testing Tool: ITEST , Monitoring Tool: 5G Vision, Ticketing Tool: OTRS 
• Testing different A to Z Routes(I-test, Arptel,) and Resolving issues related to Voice quality, codec 
   compatibility (Via SIP traces using Wireshark)
• Working with the finance team in Dispute resolution.
• Maintaining/Managing White lists/blacklists groups.
• Routing the calls as per the required scenario. Customer creation, Route testing, and LCR management.
• Provisioning of A-Z Routing Generations/Implementation e.g. (LCR/LLC/Percentage 
   Routing/Distribution Routing/ANI based routing/ Carrier Group distribution routing/ 
   Capacity based Routing etc)
• Making Endpoints, Calling Plan, Bindings, Routes, etc.
• Configuration and troubleshooting of SIP devices.
• Troubleshooting issue related to voice codecs G723, G729, G711(A&U), etc.
• Troubleshooting the network for connectivity-related issues to trace the source of the problem.
• Troubleshooting of VOICE issues (Call drop, Voice Problem, call Failed, codec Issues, PDD, DTMF, ASR, 
   ACD issues, FAS etc.).
• Troubleshooting of SIGNALING as well as MEDIA related issues.

• Configuration of Trunk, Line, GW, GK .
• Troubleshooting issue related voice codecs G723,G729,G711 etc.
• Troubleshooting the network for connectivity related issues to trace the source of problem.
• Troubleshooting by means of SIP Signaling 
Messages (1XX, 2XX, 3XX, 4XX, 5XX) and the ISDN Cause Code.
• Troubleshooting of VOICE issues (Call drop, Voice Problem, call Failed, codec Issues, PDD, DTMF, ASR, ACD issues etc).
• Troubleshooting of SIGNALING as well as MEDIA related issues.
• Working on Proxy Servers (MPLS, Internet and Intranet).
• Configuration of Clients in AAA.
• Call tracing with Wire shark. Using SFTP and DOS commands.

Monitoring and Analyzing the SIP Logs, CDR, ASR, and ACD to find the usage in A-Z route of different vendors and customers.
Configuration of GW, GK ,Reseller Level 3, Level 2 & Level1 aswell as pin for end user, Call Back, Call Shop, IVR clients etc.

I currently work at Tel Q Global Pte. Ltd. as the Manager of NOC Operations within the Network Operations Centre. My role involves expertise in various areas, including Networking, Operating Systems, Servers, Telecom, SIP protocols, Provisioning, SMS, SMPP, DID, ITFS & UIFN, SMSC, and knowledge of routing, billing, and messaging gateway, particularly in SMPP (A2P Traffic Routing & Management), as well as Vendor Management within the telecommunications industry.

I am responsible for defining the strategy for messaging selection and routing, as well as developing processes and procedures to optimize team workload and efficiency. Additionally, I provide regular reporting on Messaging Election Activities to the Account Manager, Regional & International Sales Manager, and the Tel Q Team.

I am known for my inquisitive nature and strong desire to learn and adapt to new concepts. My willingness to embrace new ideas and put them into practice is a driving force in my professional journey.
