I currently work at B’yond Platforms Pte. Ltd. as the Sr. Manager of NOC Operations within the Network Operations Centre. My role encompasses expertise in various domains, including Networking, Operating Systems, Servers, Telecom, SIP protocols, Provisioning, SMS, SMPP, DID, ITFS & UIFN, SMSC, and comprehensive knowledge of routing, billing, and messaging gateways, particularly in SMPP (A2P Traffic Routing & Management). Additionally, I manage Vendor Relations within the telecommunications industry and oversee the utilization of AWS services such as EC2 and VPC. I am responsible for defining the strategy for messaging selection and routing and developing processes and procedures to optimize team workload and efficiency. I also provide regular reports on Messaging Election Activities to the Account Manager, Regional & International Sales Manager, and the B’yond Team. I am known for my inquisitive nature and strong desire to learn and adapt to new concepts. My willingness to embrace new ideas and put them into practice is a driving force in my professional journey.
