I am naturally drawn to the human side of things (explaining my track record really) which led me to experiences where I could bridge my theorethical insights into practicality. FYI: I’m a book nerd that dives into the theory, after I’m eager to see it come to live in the real world. I like to explore new ideas, learn new things, delve into new knowledge to see how it all relates (to then make something new and look at it from a different angle). That never stops really, because we’re pretty complex creatures. Hey, what’s not to like!? In organizational contexts, I foster change capability and guide business managers in leading transformative projects. It’s creating awareness really about that critical role of the human element in navigating change. As an instructor I teach the Prosci Methodology, while embracing a ton of other insights, making my change management a working melting pot (leading with neuroscience & a systemic approach).
