I have a broad experience and theoretical background focused on us, humans. That’s just where my mind goes and my interest lies. Considering we’re pretty complex creatures I doubt that my learning will ever stop. I'll always be searching for new ways to see things— and that's a pretty awesome way to go about my day. I apply what I know to the changes we go through in life. With an initial career focus on Human Resources (Talent Management & L&D) I remain a career counselor with a focus on the essence: you, your aspirations and energy. Mourning and loss creeped in as a topic and decided to stay. And that's ok, we all deal with personal loss. Walking beside you while you learn to embrace the grief you feel is something that comes natural to me. Which brings me to the People Side of *any* change. In organizations I tend to that same People Side of Change by developing change capability and guiding business managers to manage and lead transformative projects. I like what I do.
