As an Assistant Manager, I honed my skills in effective communication and employee accountability. Transitioning to Human Resources, I discovered my passion for Lean Six Sigma, which enabled me to solve complex problems using a methodical approach. While working at BOKF, I earned a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, an MBA, and a Six Sigma Black Belt certification. I also developed proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and Alteryx for business intelligence and analytics. At Gateway First Bank, I built the Process Improvement team from the ground up and spearheaded the enterprise Data Governance program. I oversaw data governance processes, master datasets, enterprise data warehouse, and reporting/analytics. Together, Process Improvement and Data Governance drove high-value objectives.
