👋 Hi, my name is Kahlil Lechelt 🌇 Living close to Karlsruhe Germany, with a passion for building great teams that build exceptional software. 📚 After 12 years of experience as a Frontend Developer I moved into the role of Engineering Manger in 2020. Acting as a technical Product Owner for the team working on improving Developer Experience. 💻 I hope to continuously grow to be a better leader and create a positive impact together with the teams I am working with. 👨‍👩‍👧 My free time I spend with my family, with improving my writing, watching great movies and reading books. 💪 My key strengths are empathy, systems thinking, deep knowledge of frontend development and my ability to coach and mentor developers.
