Managed the entire election process for our 120-member chapter.
Led the nomination and election of an 8-member Vice Presidential Council and 15 Directors.
Facilitated application procedures, conducted interviews, and oversaw election ceremonies.

Nominating Chairman

Led officer transitions and hosted Leadership Day - a day dedicated to training and preparing incoming council for their upcoming responsibilities. Created and maintained the chapter calendar of 150 members. Navigated the pandemic as an executive council.

Vice President of Organization

Cut down the attendance process by one hour using Microsoft Excel. Troubleshot Wi-Fi for 80 live-in members. Recorded attendance and council/chapter meeting notes.

In my role, I collaborated with a small team on key early-stage startup decisions, researching business expansion opportunities. I created a comprehensive guide outlining best practices and growth strategies. Additionally, my capstone research project, which involved contacting over 400 small businesses and sustainability experts, focused on identifying and overcoming barriers to sustainable business management for small enterprises.
