When I started working with Scrum in 2007, the importance of the gift I was to receive was completely unclear to me. As a highly sensitive person I feel more than most people. I experienced the working world as difficult, overstraining and as a freelancer I often operated at and behind my limit. This changed only when I increased my impact on the working world, my visibility and my standing. I created a life that was full of freedom, meaning and self-determination. My mission is to pass on what I have learned on this journey to other Agile Coaches in the next two years.
