Escalation Specialist

Responsible for managing all aspects of the administration for multiple commission revenue streams and commission expense across various business units. This includes, but is not limited to, preparing and communicating monthly statements for external commission payments, analyzing, auditing, and reconciling incoming commission statements and any receivables as related to commissions, researching and determining if internal sales opportunities are ready to be paid, and managing disputes and inquiries as related to all compensation through to resolution.

-Resolve Advisor commission tickets through analysis and investigation
-Manage the queue of Advisor commission tickets to ensure that we meet our Service Levels to Advisors and that tickets are resolved promptly
-Leverage various systems and sources to understand and resolve Advisor commission tickets
-Interact via email or phone with Advisors to explain the results of investigation and the resolution of the issues they raised
-Monitor customer satisfaction and escalate issues of dissatisfaction
-Perform other duties as assigned by management

Senior Commission Support Analyst

Converged Network Services Group (CNSG)

Act as a liaison between customers (agents) and telecommunication providers; managing administrative aspects of commission statements and payments such as routine tracking, reporting (downloading statements from numerous portals, or delivered by e-mail, and then formatting and uploading to our commission management system) and troubleshooting items relative to outstanding payments. Also responsible for training the newest team members of the commission team and ensure that they are well-versed in the day-to-day processes.

I began the customer experience for each member and their families by greeting them with a positive attitude and smile while accompanying them to their tables. I was responsible for answering the phones by reciting the BCC greeting while transferring calls to the appropriate department as needed, as well as utilizing the point of sales system to enter in dine out meals for all members and their guests.

I was responsible for providing excellent customer service to all club members, including event coordination and set up. My duties included being knowledgeable about all items offered on the menu to assist club members with their dining inquiries. During events, I was responsible for assisting with the setting up and breaking down of the event space before and after events respectively.

Western Carolina University "Pride of the Mountains" Marching Band

I was responsible for overseeing and delegating the Library Staff for the "Pride of the Mountains" Marching Band with tasks involving copying music for each section of the band, organizing musical flip folders for 400+ members, and logging all new musical selections for the current band season.

Chief Librarian

I was responsible for working with all members of the Library Staff under the direction of the Chief Librarian by providing music to my assigned instrument section, organizing sheet music based on an organized instrumentation chart, and creating folders for new musical selections.
