I am a Director at Novartis, a global leader in healthcare and pharmaceuticals, with over 26 years of technology, management, and consulting experience. In my current role, I lead the Factory Services team within the Architecture, Platform, and Data (APD) Shared Services Unit at Novartis. My mission is to enable and accelerate the digital transformation of Novartis by delivering high-quality and cost-effective solutions for various IT functions across the organization. I leverage my expertise in agile project management, end-to-end delivery, agile application development, and testing to enhance the efficiency, quality, and value of IT solutions. I also drive the Testing and Application Strategy, Innovation, Governance, and Relationship Management with key suppliers and stakeholders. I am passionate about learning and sharing new technologies, tools, and processes that can improve the business outcomes and customer satisfaction. I am also an author, speaker, and lifelong learner, who enjoys writing and publishing books and articles, participating and speaking at industry events and conferences, and engaging with the online community of professionals and peers.
