Kent "Kal" Leach is a self-motivated Business Finance student with a serious interest in a commercial real estate and investment career and is a natural-born entrepreneur with an uncanny networking ability. With a keen interest in sales, marketing, and all things commercial and residential real estate, Kal is a member of the Texas Tech Real Estate Organization (REO), one of the premier organizations for students interested in investment real estate markets, analysis, and professions. A team player, hands-on learner, and enthusiastic about learning new things, he enjoys working directly with customers and takes pride in providing excellent customer service. Through athletics, he has come to understand the power and importance of teamwork and puts much effort into bonding with people in the workplace. Kal interned at Anthony Michael Real Estate. His collaborative spirit and creative and innovative approach help support the realtor team with Social Media marketing, networking, community outreach, brand awareness, and sales support to identify new business opportunities. With an outgoing personality and a well-rounded, sociable, and high-achieving finance student studying at Rawls Business School (C/O 2025), Kal is interested in networking with other real estate professionals. Kal has been playing competitive sports since the age of 12 when, as one of the youngest players in the country, he has traveled extensively to National tournaments. He enjoys paintball as it is strategic and physically challenging and he currently competes at the semi-professional level for a team out of Kansas City.
