Sonari Lingerie

I am working as a Lingerie Designer at 'Shalibhadra Creations Pvt. Ltd." who owns two lingerie brands named "Sonari' and "Dazzle". My role is to design the seasonal collection for both brands. I take this opportunity to create a design range which includes padded and non-padded bras, underwire bra, Panties, thongs, etc. I am responsible to select the color theme and fabrics for the seasonal collection. I develope samples on a regular basis for the collection and check for its fit. I meticulously inspect the pattern and construction before it goes into production. Keeping in mind with different target consumer for Sonari and Dazzle I design two different collections. I also look after its collection photoshoot and packaging of the products.

Nidhi Munim

I worked as Fashion Designer and Merchandiser at designer swimwear brand named Nidhi Munim India. job at “Nidhi Munim India” which is a swim and resortwear brand. I learnt the process of swimwear designing and manufacturing. During my job, being a part of our design team I have contributed my skills in the process of design development, print and cutwork design development to garment production for the “India Beach Fashion Week 2017” collection which was showcased in Goa, India. I have customized many client orders and managed to reach the needs of our clients. I have been able to manage my time efficiently and responsibly. I also designed for the store collection based in Goa with my team members. I worked on design development of the collection and production as well. I also ensured the store arrangement and inventory management of the store in Goa. I gained the knowledge and skills of swimwear manufacturing from the pattern makers and the tailors who worked there. While working at Nidhi Munim India has given me immense exposure towards the swimwear industry. I have as well worked on the athleisure collection. I have been very grateful to the team at the brand to give me opportunities to design and develop design range for the brand.

I worked as a design intern at Aditya Birla Cellulose. I assisted the head designer in design development in their 2017 Summer spring collection. I designed menswear garment for the collection. I also worked for the Trend book development. It was a great experience to work in a company where green fashion is their motto and who looks forward to sustainable and eco-friendly  textile.
