TMW is a leading digital marketing and integrated communications agency based in Kings Road, London. 
At TMW, my role has been to ensure quality throughout processes and methods that online/digital projects, products and applications TMW design, develop and build conform to international industry standards as well as their customers/clients requirements. 

My role has allowed the testing department to maintain its test process promise of aiming to facilitate effective coordination, communication and control between all members of the team, to support quality in delivery throughout all phases of a project, accurately assess the needs of a project, enabling them to make accurate estimates of time and resources for the work required to deliver a project which has been thoroughly tested to meet specifications and to minimise risk as a deliverable.

My role essentially providing dynamic support for test planning, test development, test execution, and UAT support on PC/Web/Mobile (iOS) platforms for successful projects including:

Freelance QA Lead - Web & Mobile Platforms

Assumed overall responsibility for all elements of quality assurance, including functional, integration and acceptance testing, to deliver quality mobile applications to mobile devices and interactive TV propositions of the BBC on connected and digital TV platforms in the UK.

Managing the planning, estimating, monitoring and control of test activities and ensuring that all test information is documented and reported accurately and effectively.

Making use of the latest ideas, concepts, tools and thinking in software development and testing processes to improve the overall quality of BBC products.

Overseeing the development of test scenarios, definition of test cases and creation of test plans to ensure applications are tested for conformance to specifications 

Leading the QA team/s to support triage, prioritisation, and investigation of integration issues and defects.

Driving efficiencies by automating test processes and procedures as far as possible. 

Estimating, planning and managing test resource allocation to each of the work-streams, including recruitment and contract management of test engineers and developers-in-test.

Line management of the QA team, including the supervision, training and coaching of team members to help them develop professionally.
