More than 20 years of hands on in software development and project management with proven experiences in architecting, oracle applications, by using different technologies and tools i.e. C, oracle RAD forms , oracle Database. WSO2 Identity Management, Data Migration as well as , Web method Integration server, Kentico CMS, ESB Middleware on top of Kubernetes . Within my current capacity as senior project manager in the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization (MOHRE) and technical consultant for the undersecretary office. I have successfully delivered many technical and strategical projects. Those of which were recognized on the federal government of UAE and won many awards i.e. best m-government service award from 2015-2018. While others were globally recognized i.e. employment portal which recognized by specialized agency in united nation in Geneva , I have driven successfully strategical projects for IT dept. and Tawteen sector which resulted in reforming the concerned procedures and the operations. Further to my techno-functional demonstration skillset, I was able to represent the ministry in many officials’ occasions internally in UAE i.e., Government Accelerator, along with that i have an expensive experience in technical field as well such As oracle technology ,databases ,high avialability ,OS
