Engaging in activities that promote relaxation and mental clarity has been invaluable. By stepping back from daily pressures, I've gained renewed energy and a fresh perspective. Prioritizing my health is essential for sustaining long-term wellness and productivity.

I was part of a global capability development (CaDe) team and I was responsible for conceptualizing the communication strategy to provide creative, professional, and functional communication services that align with global business needs.

I think It would be easy to say that I was the Human Intelligence(HI) with an IQ of AI when it came to communications and branding. It was much easier for my stakeholder to provide inputs and get different drafts of the outcomes. I even offered human intelligence based reviewing and coordinating on topics of communications. I was in charge of internal communications (New launch, retirement, outages, issues etc.) newsletters, learning events, certificates, badges and so on. I even challenged the status quo and took charge of the transitioning the existing SP(Joomla) based website to SharePoint web pages with no additional developer support. I also contributed to

* Training delivery and facilitation
* Discovery of training infrastructure
* Identifying and onboarding gamification and badging vendors(Credly) etc.
* Pitch in with relevant expertise and support as and when needed.

Key Responsibilities Included but were not limited to:

Product Delivery and Management:

Oversee the end-to-end delivery of sales enablement products, ensuring they meet business objectives and user needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to ensure timely and successful product launches.
Sales Enablement Strategy:

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that aligns with the company’s goals.
Identify gaps in the current sales process and recommend tools and resources to address these needs.
Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with sales leadership to understand their needs and challenges, ensuring the delivery of relevant and effective enablement solutions.
Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.
Training and Support:

Design and deliver training programs to educate the sales team on new tools, processes, and best practices.
Provide ongoing support and resources to ensure the sales team can effectively utilize enablement tools.
Performance Analysis:

Monitor and analyze the impact of sales enablement initiatives on sales performance.
Prepare and present reports on key metrics, offering insights and recommendations for further enhancements.

Vendor identification & onboarding authorized point of contact (SOW)

* Identified needs and gathered requirements of tools and services from business stakeholders and corporate sponsors (VP and above)
* Responsible for discovery meetings, decision making (matrix) and final onboarding of vendors/partners. (Gamification, pitch evaluation, Badge etc)
* Responsible for the recurring SOW(Quarterly) and product delivery of approved field product initiatives
