As a Salesforce Consultant, I specialize in working with clients, particularly in the banking industry, to optimize their use of the Salesforce platform. My role involves overseeing projects from start to finish, encompassing gathering business requirements and translating them into successful Salesforce implementations. I thrive on the diversity of each client, as every project presents unique challenges and demands tailored solutions.

My primary focus is currently within the banking sector, although I am genuinely enthusiastic about working in any industry. I find immense satisfaction in being involved in projects from their inception to completion, ensuring a seamless transition from business needs to Salesforce implementation. During my tenure at Pricefx I became almost the sole Salesforce specialist of the whole CRM (used by employees, servicing hundreds of customers and partners). Salesforce CRM (SalesCloud) served various teams such as revenue team, customer success and support where I developed tested and implemented most of requested system change requestes and enhancements. While helping other teams I drove integration of various third party marketing systems (Marketo, Bizible, Loopio, Google Ads). Among other duties there was also responsibility for clean and healthy environment mainly reached by Duplication Rules, Lead Assignment Rules, updates for Multiple currencies, Health checks and Optimizer actions. My role however also included full user access management of external users same as for internal users based on integration with AzureAD via SAML SSO and Automated user provisioning, designing and implementing Sharing policies such as Sharing sets, Sharing rules and sharing automation of ObjectShare via Flow. While working on building helpdesk solution I drafted and built Support portals using Communities. Buildout of the helpdesk solution included full transition from original JitBit. I also held full responsibility for Environment Hub which was used for the creation of demo environments for customer demos based on Trailforce Source organization.

I worked on large projects within the banking environment as a member of the Salesforce admin team, collaborating with business requestors. One of the major projects I was involved in was Object Standardization. This project focused on replacing three main custom objects, along with their records, configuration, and a significant amount of code and automation, with three standard objects. I played a key role in referencing and redesigning the system to utilize the standard objects instead of the original custom ones.

In addition to that, I held full responsibility for release planning for the team. This involved planning the release steps, determining the sequence, preparing the configuration manual, and ensuring the exposure of the release was limited to a specific audience. I also managed the testing phase and coordinated the deployment for all users after the release.

Furthermore, I provided consultant services for smaller projects, particularly in Sales and HR areas. In these projects, I assisted with development and administration tasks. I particularly enjoyed working with motivated developers and contributing to project management in an agile way. This involved conducting Jira checks, participating in internal and external stand-ups, and facilitating handovers.

I thoroughly enjoyed my role and the diverse range of responsibilities it entailed. It was rewarding to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the success of projects in the banking environment.

Our application aimed to track various aspects of the environment, including cleanliness and maintenance. This means that we focused on monitoring and ensuring the proper state of data, configuration, security, and performance in the Salesforce environment. Our work included implementing features for data collection, analysis, generating reports, and providing clear information and recommendations regarding the state and management of the Salesforce environment. Our goal was to improve and maintain the quality and efficiency of the Salesforce environment for users.
