At the very beginning of my professional career in communication, during the first days of my university studies, I learned that 'one cannot not communicate,' and I thought then that we might as well do it well. Since then, my passion has been to do it as well as possible and help as many people as I can to do it 'well,' whether it's social media, internal organizational communication, or public speaking. Every aspect of my life is intertwined with startups and the innovation ecosystem. I am a co-founder of InnoMaker Partners, which helps innovative companies in realizing their value proposition through market research, strategy, and effective communication of this value proposition. As a doctoral candidate in communication science, I research the internal communication of startups to help them develop their own successful internal communication strategy. And last but not least, as a communication expert, I also enjoy working as an event manager at great events in the startup ecosystem. I strive to guide teams through the maze of communication processes with creative, research-backed methods and ideas!
