I built an international sales team and led expansion efforts, resulting in entering markets such as: Portugal, France, Italy or Denmark, just to name a few.

We partner with startups, companies and brands helping them solve business problems with technology. Our approach combines business savvy, software craftsmanship and agile project management to deliver state-of-the-art applications rapidly and efficiently.

Accomplishments:
- Overall growth: 54,45% CAGR over 3 years (with no external funding involved)
- Employment increase: from 15 people on board in 2016 to 42 in 2019
- I increased traffic on company website by 100% year-on year, from
50 000 visitors in 2017, to 200 000+ visitors in 2019.
- As a keynote speaker I shared my thoughts on agile leadership and self-
organising teams in the UK, Poland, Spain, Malta and the UAE at industry events such as: Scrum Day London, Agile Malta, Barcelona Scrum.
- Managed service delivery and project portfolio of 11-23 projects (at a time) throughout various phases in the project lifecycle.
- Co-defined growth and competition strategies for operations, sales and marketing.

- Conducted research in the field of competitiveness, digital transformation, industry disruption, growth strategies;
- Managed multiple in-house projects.

Praktycy.pl / Hireson (for foreign markets) shortens and automatizes recruitment process for internship programs and early stage positions. Our tool provides companies an opportunity to optimize costs of talented employees acquisition and increases process efficiency via delivering only well-fitting candidates. Understanding companies need to maintain flexibility, we enable recruiters and HR managers to reach best human capital on-demand, offering good value for money. 

Accomplishments:
- We recruited for wide range of industries / for clients such as: PZU, Crido Taxand, VML Poland, Somfy Eastern Europe, Booksy, indaHash, Hellmann Worldwide, WebTalk and many more.
- We successfully pivoted into new revenue model based on credits, enabling us to collect pre-payments. 
- We delivered the MVP by bootstrapping only (written in PHP, Symfony 2, JavaScript, React.js).

IndaHash connects the world of brands with influencers on Instagram. IndaHash Instagramer network let brands promote their values or products thanks to owned content marketing via both desktop and mobile app (for iOS and Android). 

Accomplishments:
- Executed go to market strategy – acquired clients such as biggest media houses and marketing agencies: GroupM, MEC, Mindshare, ZenithOptimedia, WebTalk, Ogilvy & Mather, VML.
- I successfully supervised very first digital campaigns for brands such as: Nestle, Danone, Fanta, Electrolux, KFC, Disney, TESCO, Rexona, CCC, Kazar, Remington, NJU Mobile and others.
- I coordinated software development process and multi-platform product launch. 
- I co-designed brand's mission, vision and manifesto.

Business Development Manager

Residental properties management. Innovative system dedicated to personalised customer service in the rental real estate area. Company delivers personalised tools for monitoring customers' investments. By removal from landlords responsibilities related to rental we supports lease transactions step by step from the very beggining until the very end.

Accomplishments:
- We attracted AIP Seed Capital - Venture Capital fund interested in co-investing in our team and business idea.
- We successfully delivered MVP by bootstrapping only (written in Python, Django, JavaScript, React.js), facing huge surplus of demand over supply. 
- We designed and implemented a proprietary model of Social Renting, automatically involving tenants into showcasing apartments to future tenants on behalf of landlords.
- We combined traditional business model of residential real estate management with digital services offered in a SaaS (software as a service) model.
