Project Coordinator

Community Uplift Program

 Monitor all project activities, expenditures and progress towards achieving the project output;
 Monitor and evaluate overall progress on achievement of results
 Provide feedback to the Project Manager on project strategies and activities
 Suggest strategies to the Project Management for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the project by identifying bottlenecks in completing project activities and developing plans to minimize or eliminate such bottlenecks
 Report monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual progress on all project activities to the National Project Director/Project Manager
 Conduct capacity assessment on existing monitoring and evaluation system 
 Provide inputs, information and statistics for quarterly, annual and other reports to Project Management Team
 Participate in annual project reviews and planning workshops and assist the Project Manager in preparing relevant reports
 Support monitoring and evaluation of the effects and impact of the project
 Assist in coordinating across the available components of the Project to ensure effective implementation of M&E/MIS
 Assist the project personnel with M&E tools and in supporting them in their use
 Provide Financial and Budgetary Forecast on Quarterly basis
 Preparation of monthly MIS reports
 Assist Project Manager in the preparation of reports on the findings and lessons learned from project innovations
 Assist Project Manager in preparing monthly and quarterly reports on project progress based on MIS reports on project activities

Monitoring and Evaluation Manager

•	Responsible for implementation of Program Activities
•	Assist Program Managers for the proper implementation of the project/programs
•	Collect programmatic data from field, analyze them properly and suggest improvement if required.
•	Analyze the data and report short fall if any and suggest strategy to overcome the shortfall within the time.
•	Develop reporting formats for field staffs.
•	Assist in development of work plan for each project and compile all the work plans in such a way that remained trace able for management.
•	Coordinate and facilitate the field, training reports, pre /post test and make them available for donor and finance department for audit purpose.
•	Make sure that all the relevant documents and information should be available in PAIMAN Office Islamabad, so any query from the donor could be handled properly.
•	Develop filing system for all projects on month wise basis
•	Keep recodes of all incoming and outgoing mails related to program department and file the properly.
•	Develop or assist in development of weekly, Monthly, quarterly and annually reports and submit it to the donor according the reporting deadlines.
•	Keep records of all above report in proper way to be accessible for management as per requirement.
•	Keep eye on all action plan and schedule of project and inform all the staff on time to make sure the implementation of the activities as per schedule.

Punjab Education Sector Reform Project (PESRP)
1. Situation Analysis of village for community mobilization
2. Visit Govt. Primary & Elementary School and Introduce NRSP & PERSP
3. Mobilize community persons to work for the betterment of school
