My current role as an Engineering Manager at Eaton India Innovation Center LLP involves leading the product engineering teams for Eaton's world-class Aerospace 'Engine Solutions & Electrification' portfolio. I have over 24 years of experience in technology and engineering with a Master's degree in 'Energy Systems Engineering' from IIT Bombay and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from COEP. My core competencies include product design and development, product management & product strategy, design for manufacturing, test lab establishment, Strategic Innovation, DFSS, and VAVE. I am passionate about shaping cross-functional engineering teams, technology organizations, and operations, and deploying good and ethical practices for hiring, developing, and retaining talent. My current mission is to deliver engineering solutions and support for emerging 'More Electric Aircrafts' and eVTOL platforms, as well as to integrate the newly acquired Soriau-Sunbank business.
