Results-driven professional with 25+ years of experience in employee benefits through the lens of advisor, business owner, and insurer. I bring in-depth industry perspective, working with clients through design, collaboration, negotiation, implementation, and management. Through both strategic management and business analysis, I work with some of Canada's most dynamic employers in balancing compensation strategies via benefits and wellness programs. My current role also includes helping to develop and implement the employee benefits distribution channel for Westland Insurance Group, Canada's largest independent insurance brokerage firm. Recognized for building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and vendors, I also sit on numerous industry-related boards and committees throughout North America.
