~ Coaching and supporting new team members from onboarding to growth
~ Ideating and implementing new processes in collaboration with key stakeholders and senior members of the UK business unit
~ Nurturing a large portfolio of CxOs in the UK in a tailored, curated manner to ensure maximum value is derived from the network and satisfaction remains high
~ Ensuring the success of in-person executive events hosted in the UK.

Nomentia

Responsible for ensuring enterprises get the most value from their relationship with Nomentia.

- Handled contract renewals, which included upselling and cross-selling to enterprises.

- Implemented a new CSAT scoring system to drive better insights which I channeled into cross-functional teams in the business 

- Created and successfully implemented collaborative real-time workspaces for client wishlists. Improved accountability, trackability, and transparency helped to improve CSAT and our delivery of impactful solutions.

- Created user flows in Figma to better define key customer processes and make Nomentia more efficient for our customers.

~ Content Designer - Produced FAQ copy, customer flows (figma), and quick replies used by customer-facing agents to improve customer experience. Created roadmaps and frameworks, with end-to-end project implementation. Quick Reply usage went up from 26% to 45% in 2021 as a result of my projects, which saved the business $50,000+ and grew productivity KPI’s. 

~ Workforce Management Specialist - Forecasting and scheduling which improved customer coverage by 7% for the Asia Pacific region (80+ FTE).

~ Mentor -  created dedicated training sessions and tailored schedules optimised for learning to onboard new employees efficiently. 

~ CDD investigations - consumer due diligence encompassed risk-mitigation, investigating businesses worldwide to prevent financial crime and fraud.

~ Fincrime Quality Specialist - assessing the reviews conducted by financial crime investigators across many KYC/AML teams and delivering constructive feedback, ensuring work is compliant, aligning with regulatory requirements.

~ Vendor Management - Created and designed a new quality framework and reporting procedure which slashed 20% in pricing and fees, while ensuring the continuation and enhancements of services.

~ Led energetic daily briefings to announce product launches to the team.
~ Achieved high etiquette standards to successfully develop HNWI clients of a world-renowned luxury house. Intensive product knowledge, and story-telling skills were key to increasing % of high spending clients 
~ High profile events - Full end-to-end itinerary planning, as well as  preparing and hosting clients at high-end events in Europe and Asia. 
~ Closed a six figure high jewelry sale for a single piece which was the largest sale of the event.

I developed a plan to share best practices with peers and colleagues, which boosted team leasing sales by 11% quarter on quarter post-implementation. 
~ Lead generation - Sourcing and qualifying clients to identify needs. Positive word-of-mouth became the biggest client generator, accountable for ~80% of deals.
