1. Lead servicing - Consult inbound & outbound leads about their business requirement, educate them about the product and provide solutions for them to sell online.
2. Outreach - Conduct due diligence on Brands to identify areas of high impact improvement, get in touch with the decision maker and close the deal.
3. Customer relationship management - Establish and maintain a healthy partnership with the client, partner organizations, vendors and internal team to ensure that the client has the best service delivery.
