• Responsible for migration of 12Million records across users from old
state model to new state model of problem.
• Built a framework to migrate the data covering all the critical cases and
providing instructions to users with the help of guided setup.

NOTIFY
• Notify allows you to integrate with the Twilio telephony service to send
and receive phone calls and SMS messages from within your instance.
• Notify automatically creates a TwiML application in the Twilio service
and configures the application to use the instance as an endpoint. Phone
numbers associated with the Twilio subaccount are imported to Notify.

Rules Usage Report that details where rules are used.
• This helps the customer from accidentally deleting or editing a rule
which can lead to data inconsistency and data loss.
