Kar Fei is a graduate of Monash University - specialised in Economics & Econometrics and Business Statistics. Kar Fei is currently with KPMG Singapore's Advisory - Global Strategy Group & Digital Customer Team. Kar Fei has over 6 years of working experience in business strategy & management consulting and in public-policy, working with Clients across a broad range of sectors (ICT, Telco, Mobility, FMCG, Healthcare) in APAC, from Fortune 1000 Companies to Unicorn & Start-ups, and government ministries and agencies. Prior to joining KPMG, Kar Fei was with Frost & Sullivan’s strategy and advisory practice. His key experience includes project management and leading specific work streams, formulating growth strategies for digital and business transformation, market research, customer analytics, and customer experience management. He also has particular expertise in digital & technology strategies and trends for cross-functional business use cases, benchmarking against best practices, conducting macroeconomic & market feasibility assessments and impact analyses to formulate market entry and go-to-market strategies. During his time in one of the top Think Tank in Southeast Asia & Pacific, Centre for Public Policy Studies (CPPS), Kar Fei co-authored a Working Paper, titled "New Normal in China's FDI" and worked on several consultancy research projects with the public sector, such as KPWKM, KPKT, and MTDC. Kar Fei has also participated in the award-winning international business case studies competition, Maybank GO. Ahead Challenge (MGAC) in 2018, and achieved being the Top 60 finalists in outperforming over 10,000 applicants and participants across the globe, whilst emerging as one of the TOP 15 Ultimate GLOBAL Challenger for MGAC 2018.
