Main point of contact for the full life cycle of the customer from onboarding, implementation through post deployment. Manages and leads the onboarding journey for new and existing customers.  Journey includes internal meeting with Sales Account Executive, implementation with Customer Success Sales Engineer, deployment with SOC and training through our Learning Management System (LMS). Submits weekly reports on deployment status for new and existing customers to internal stakeholders. Attends daily meetings with Engineering and SOC to provide status updates for customers with technical issues and customers going through deployment. Assists with upsell opportunities with the Account Managers. Developed the process in ChurnZero for weekly status updates on the customer's overall health score. Helped develop the Sales to Customer Success hand off process for new customers as well as the steps for the customer onboarding journey. Worked with Customer Success colleagues to gain reviews from our customers on the G2 website. Meets monthly with all customers for an Account Review along with SOC and meets quarterly for an Executive Business Review along with the Account Manager. Escalates technical issues to SOC and schedules working sessions to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. Works with customers to ensure they are engaging with our platform and understand the value and the ROI our platform brings to their company. Excels at gaining the customers trust, building rapport and maintaining strong relationships. Proficient with Google Suite, ChurnZero, Jira, JumpCloud, Confluence, Zoom and Slack.

Enterprise Customer Success Manager

SaaS company and leader in the email industry.  Manages the post life cycle journey for 200 Customers (including On Premise and Cloud) and serves as the main liaison between the Customer and the Company.  Customer portfolio includes Small Org (10%), Mid Market and Enterprise customers (90%).  Works with Customers to ensure they renew their contract, are engaging with our platform, and understand the value and the ROI our platform brings to their company.  Takes an analytic approach and provides strategic direction to customers to help them meet their KPI's.  Liaison between the customer and multiple internal departments including Sales, Support, Finance, Product Specialists, Product Development and Engineering.  Works with the Finance Department to help collect overdue payments.  Helps troubleshoot technical issues that arise and escalates technical cases to our Support Team.  Excels at gaining the customer's trust and maintaining a strong relationship.  Advocates for the customer and provides and overall exceptional experience for them.  Onboards new customers and conducts quarterly business reviews.  Upsells our add on features to expand the customer partnership.  Sends out Customer renewal licenses.  Trains new hires on the team.  Works with the VP of Customer Success to develop Processes for the Customer Success Management Team.  Conducts presentations to the Customer Success Management Team on Best Practices. Responsible for selling the software nationwide to mid market Associations that generate between $2-7 million in revenue.  Prospected new clients by email and cold calling by phone.  Warm leads were provided internally 50% of the time.  Took new clients through full sales cycle with a consultative approach from initial discovery call, product demo and proposal review.  Focused on solution selling and sharing the benefits of ROI with the client.  Proficient with Microsoft Office, Salesforce and working knowledge of HubSpot. Helped coordinate from concept to execution numerous onsite promotions and contests for restaurant staff and consumers.
