HUG/BAI Admissions Coordinator, Office of Admissions

Coordinated and supervised programs and services offered by the Visitor Programs,
including visit planning, conducting tours, and deaf awareness presentations. Worked with other departments and individuals and departments on campus services, served key
constituents, specifically prospective students, parents, school groups, donors and special
University guests. Developed close cooperative working relationship with campus units
which regularly meet with prospective students and their families; and devised efficient
and effective procedures for assisting these units in serving their visitors’ needs.
Maintained records of visits and other pertinent information, making monthly strategic
reports and other summary reports to the Director of Admissions and Recruitment, as
necessary.
