Project Title: Evaluate the impact of low unit price(LUP) packs on large pack sales

Project Brief:
•	To understand the mindset of a customer buying any pack of PediaSure from retailer’s point of view and to analyze the factors affecting their purchase intention – specially those going for LUP packs
•	A survey with different types of outlets like retail stores, chemists and wholesalers was also conducted to understand what steps can be taken to increase the sales of large packs of PediaSure without affecting LUP pack sales

Objectives:
•	To identify and analyse the interlinkages between low unit price packs and large pack sales
•	To suggest a right sales strategy/ point of buying strategy for successful sale of low unit price packs without cannibalizing the sales of large packs

Deliverables/ Recommendations:
•	Identified the impacted zones and cities by analysing secondary sales data where LUP packs have negatively affected the sale of large packs of PediaSure and the degree of correlation between them 
•	Analysed the contribution of various packs in different retail environments depending upon their monthly throughput 
•	Analysed various factors influencing the buying behaviour of customers going for LUP packs instead of large packs from retailer’s perspective and how other brands are leveraging them
•	Recommended the right point of buying strategies to increase sales of large packs in the impacted stores with minimum investment
