I am currently a Senior Digital Marketing Analyst at Highmark Health, one of the largest health insurers in the US eastern markets (WPA, WV and NY), where I collaborate with marketing strategists to ensure data-driven campaigns. A primary focus is post campaign analysis for the hospital networks’ marketing team to optimize campaign spend, improve new patient acquisition, retention, and return on investment. As a Tableau Certified Professional, I have a strong background in data visualisation and reporting. I utilize tools such as Tableau, Salesforce Einstein Analytics, Alteryx, and PowerBI to create compelling dashboards and insights that inform decision-making and action for leadership. In addition, I am passionate about data literacy and engagement, and I collaborate with teams across multiple verticals to ensure effective data usage and governance.
