1. Buying Financial services is a virtue of comparison -> so improve the decision making with the help of expert and tech. 
2. People and conversation are fundamental for flow of information, and foundation to solving the market penetration of financial services and wealth management in India. 
3. A demand driven industry cannot be solved by sales led approach. -> thus to solve the legacy issues around financial services we are in motion to build the best product and compliance practice.

Concluded academic research with Department of Management at Deakin Business School to devise strategic management frameworks. 

Conducted primary and secondary research of fortune 500 companies over the last 50 years by interpreting disruptions stimulated by core and support business functions to crunch >20000 data points.

Applied cluster analysis on processed data points to create a strategic framework as ‘alignment of business strategy with types of disruptions’; outlined findings as methodology.

Research - Business Strategy

Estimated tertiary education market growth for Deakin Business School MBA  in India by identifying ICP & acquisition channels to recommend GTM strategies with the objective to increase recruitment by 15%.  

Benchmarked the program against 20 B-schools globally and interviewed 45 key stakeholders to conduct gap analysis, resulting in ~30% cost reduction and tailored features for the Indian market.

Designed metrics for onboarding and engagement with ‘high interest’ organisations and identified partnership programs for the Deakin India team, resulting in the MBA program partnership with Upgrad.

Leadership 
•	Developed business insights to identify insurance business opportunity in the new market and led a team of 30 to deliver 250% growth in banking and rural channel. 
•	Planned and launched a marketing campaign to recruit and train rural agents to increase rural market engagement; 4-month campaign created 300 insurance agents to contributed 20% revenue growth.
Business Development and Customer Service
•	Established strategic partnerships with leading state bank and 7 rural banks to generate $2.5m insurance premium business from retail banking insurance services. 
•	Conducted risk assessments and profiling for banking operations, engaged with C-suite decision-makers of banks with analysis of continuous risk management to reduce the cost of insurance by 8%. 
•	Identified service operations weakness and formulated policies and procedures, delegated responsibilities and trained staff to reduce TAT by 25% with improvement in underwriting capabilities from 55 to 80 policies per day. 
•	Delivered customer relationship management services to 625 branches of the state bank with 50,000+ customers for insurance needs and retained 80% of insurance business in the new financial year. 
Project Management 
•	Gathered and analyzed empirical data of crop yield risk to bid the lowest premium rate amongst 8 insurance companies and procured $60m budgeted national crop insurance project. 
•	Implemented end-to-end project to provide insurance to 100,000+ farmers and managed claims against weather-related perils and crop yield losses under the national crop insurance project. 
•	Directed operations management by administrating the use of drones to collect crop losses data and streamlined system for uploading real-time crop-cutting data to reduce claim settlement under 1 week.

Interviewed 60 industry stakeholders to establish analysis for the development of LAP as a financial product.
