1.Restructured the entire delivery structure for long duration PGP programs into a more scalable model.

9.Working closely with third party SAAS companies : Go to webinar, Do select, Hackerearth , i labs , Corestack , Nuvepro, Stukent.

Program Manager

Responsibility: Manage delivery and operations for the long duration courses with a Team of program coordinators.

Team Lead

Project : Edureka started there pilot PGP long duration courses in the month of May 2019.

I joined as a program coordinator and was a part of the initial delivery team for the long duration courses.

Responsibilities :
1. Collecting feedbacks and responses from a set of 150 learners from various  pilot batches for PGP courses in affiliation with NITW , NITR and IITG.
2. Maintaining a CSAT score of minimum 90% and above for the batches assigned.
3. Generating manual progress reports for the batches assigned. (Including Attendance and Grades )
4. Taking initiatives to improve the two metrics : Attendance and Grades 
5. Taking charge of all the operations for the batches assigned.
6. Maintaining  various social media groups to keep the learner's engaged  and maintain the sanity of the group.

Target : To inculcate entrepreneurship in Tier 2 and Tier 3 part of India. Select best startup ideas and help them with mentorship, grants and incubation.

2. To cover more than 70+ cities and interact with 10,000+ students and aspirants and educate them about the problem solving approach and become job providers than job seekers.
3. Handle the operations for the entire project :
- Anything and everything related to the Startup India yatra Van.
- Marketing the Startup India Learning program application in collaboration with "Upgrad".
- Generating a minimum audience(aspirants ) of 100 + in every boot camp.
- Everything related to the boot camp event ( Coordinating with Speakers , interacting with mentors, interacting with students and a part of first level selection of ideas )

4. Coordinate with the Nodal agencies of the six states in planning and chalking out the route for the Yatra and to select various Van  stops and Bootcamps.

An engineering graduate  who is passionate about startups and gets super impressed by unique revenue generating models and gets super frustrated when a product fails and the RCA (Root cause analysis ) is not known. Started the journey as Operations executive and got lucky to be a part of  the Startup India Yatra 2018. Currently working as a program manager at Edureka and taking baby steps to scale the business and delivery. Currently driving all solutions through People>Process> Product approach
