Using an agile framework, I lead communication between clients and project teams, translating user stories and pain points into priorities, product requirements, and project plans. I guide our engineers and strategists in scoping, planning, and delivering new builds and improvements. I manage project expectations, roles, and timelines for flexible, sustainable growth.

As an engineer, I designed and configured solutions for our clients' unique, evolving needs. I scoped, built, tested, documented, and grew features and fixes, delivered on time and with long-term viability in mind. In addition to Salesforce, I used other tools and integrations, including NPSP, DLRS, FormAssembly, Apsona, Duplicate Check, Campaign Monitor, and Skuid.

PatronManager

PatronManager is a Salesforce AppExchange Partner that serves arts nonprofits such as theaters and museums. Their integration has 7 managed packages, including built-in Box Office Ticketing.

I was responsible for the complete transfer of clients' workflows and data from multiple systems into PatronManager, serving as the primary source of communication regarding data projects and implementation questions. I created a functional, cohesive timeline for data migration, including hard deadlines and ticketing/fundraising milestones. I provided training to users on a range of data topics as well as introductory training to the system and reporting. I installed and managed apps that integrate with Salesforce, including WealthEngine, MailChimp, and Emma.

Project Manager & Data Coordinator

In this role, I worked independently on 500+ projects migrating data into Salesforce from nonprofit legacy systems such as Raiser's Edge, DonorPerfect, and Eventbrite. I developed improved processes for more efficient and reliable migration, maintenance, and deduplication using various ETL tools, including DemandTools, Dataloader.io, and Salesforce Data Loader.

Patron Technology is PatronManager's parent company - their Salesforce instance houses 10+ brands and products. I was brought on as a temporary admin to execute planned projects and fill the gap between full-time admins. In 6 months, I completed 4 new builds and 5 maintenance projects, from discovery to deployment, and provided users with training and documentation.

Midland Center for the Arts

Alongside an amazing Box Office team, I acted as an initial point-of-contact for events taking place at the Center, fielding telephone, email, and in-person inquiries. I sold individual tickets, season subscriptions, and museum admissions and processed memberships, donations, tours, and class registrations using Tessitura CRM.

Guest Services Specialist

Global Language Translations and Consulting, Inc.

At GLTaC, I managed translation projects, including Safety Data Sheets, chemical and legal guides, and military training documents. I communicated directly with 100+ translators on a global network and prepared quotes and discounts on complicated projects. I oversaw an annual project to compare and update our pricing model based on competition and internal cost.

As an Editor, I converted, reviewed, and edited translated documents using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MemoQ, Adobe, and Abbyy. I also consulted on research for specific regional regulations, particularly in the EU and France.
