Partner Relationship Manager - Europe and Americas

As an HR executive, one of my key responsibilities is to ensure that new hires are brought on board in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. This includes:

1. Developing and implementing compliance procedures - Responsible for creating and maintaining a set of procedures and guidelines that ensure new hires are brought on board in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. 
2. Managing paperwork and compliance - Capable of managing the paperwork and compliance aspects of onboarding, ensuring that all new hires complete the necessary forms and meet compliance requirements. This includes forms such as I-9, W-4, and any other form required by the company or by law.
3. Providing support - As compliance can be a complex and confusing topic, thus I am dedicated to providing new hires with the support they need to understand and comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
4. Continuously improving - Always looking for ways to improve the onboarding process and to make it more compliant. I am skilled in analyzing data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and to make changes that will have a positive impact on compliance. 

Overall, as an executive, ensuring compliance is a crucial part of my role. I work to ensure that new hires are brought on board in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, while also providing them with the support they need to understand and comply with these requirements.

HR Executive

As an operational executive, one of my key responsibilities is to manage and control expenses within the organization. This includes:

1. Developing and implementing expense management policies and procedures - Responsible for creating and maintaining a set of guidelines and procedures for managing expenses within the organization and ensuring that all expenses are properly tracked, reported, and approved, and that they align with the company's budget and overall financial goals.
2. Monitoring expenses - Ensuring that everything stays within budget and identifying any areas of overspending.
3. Managing vendor and supplier relationships - Make sure that the company gets the best possible prices and terms for the goods and services it purchases.
4. Developing cost-saving initiatives - Identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives that can help the organization operate more efficiently and reduce expenses (might include automating processes, outsourcing certain tasks, or renegotiating contracts with suppliers)
5. Reviewing and approving expenses - Responsible for reviewing and approving expenses, making sure that they are in compliance with company policy and budget.

Overall, I work to ensure that the organization's expenses are controlled and stay within budget, while also identifying ways to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Operations Executive

This research concludes that episodic high values are not captured by satellite. This may be because MODIS satellite crosses a specific area at one time in a day i.e. 24 hours. Any episodic event a few hours after the satellite crosses the area or of few hours before the satellite crosses the area is not captured. Thus a systematic ground truthing of AOD with PM10 and PM2.5 across the entire country with available monitored data of PM10 and PM2.5 can provide a good empirical relation as proxies of particulate matter in India which can give a qualitative assessment of background particulate matter in India in low cost so that measures can be taken to make the area compliant with ambient air quality.
