•	Onboarding of blue/white collar personnel working for Primero on RTIO Projects – book medicals, inductions, reference checks, Vevo checks etc.

•	Updating Property Condition Reports for over 3,000 properties managed by Sodexo
•	Arranging charge back to tenants for damage caused during their tenancy 
•	Collating quotes and placing Work Orders in IFS for damage from Cyclone Damien in February 2020
•	Allocating Work Orders to correct cost codes to charge back to Rio Tinto and preparing Reports to be sent to Rio Tinto 
•	Liaise with Supervisors on site to track the progress of work
•	Over 500 work orders were processed

Administrator

Building Careers Australia

•	Resourcing and Scheduling of candidates for various FIFO roles; Chefs, Utilities, Kitchen Hands, HVAC Technicians, Plumbers etc. for South Australia and the Northern Territory.
•	Make sure that candidates meet the requirements for individual sites. Gather all the paperwork for submission to the client.
•	Liaise with clients to make sure the requirements for the roles have been met and make sure the client is happy with the candidate.
•	Manage any issues which may arise with candidates and clients
•	Make sure all timesheets have been completed on time for the weekly payroll

Resourcer/Scheduler

Cloudbreak/Government and Community 
•	Responsible for all Purchase Requisitions/Purchase Orders and Service Entries for all areas of Government and Community (Heritage, Native Title and Community). This includes all survey costs, PPE, Community Grants etc.
Complete all Royalty payments in a timely manner as required by the Native Title agreements.
Raise Purchase Requisitions/Purchase Orders for OPF (Ore Processing Facility) and MM (Mobile Maintenance) at Cloudbreak. This includes but is not limited to stationery, PPE, equipment, tools, parts, service contracts, training etc.
•	Rosters: Create, maintain and distribute as necessary
•	Booking of flights for all FMG personnel, assisting contractors and sub-contractors and reporting on all flight related costs: charter (no-shows), etc. 
•	All off site accommodation and flight requirements (commercial), ensuring that all bookings comply to FMG policies  
•	Co-ordination of visitors, short term workers and sub-contractors for mobilisation
•	Regular site visits to ensure key relationships are maintained
•	Family Visits: compiling/maintaining of register, co-ordination with flight team and camp manager for flights and accommodation; co-ordinate with departments on itinerary for the visit; distribute itineraries to travellers; host the families on their visit
•	Co-ordinate with Morris regarding accommodation matters which affect FMG, contractors and sub-contractors
•	Coordinate work related functions as required
•	Mentoring contractors and sub-contractors to ensure they comply to site requirements
•	Process all terminations, change of conditions, leave (all types), roster changes etc. and ensure all pay related matters are referred to payroll
•	Assist the management team as required whilst in Perth and on site

•	Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports for Management. This includes but is not limited to man hours, personnel on project, project costs, etc. reporting on and ensuring all KPI’s are met on a weekly/daily/monthly basis etc.
•	Writing, implementation and maintaining of all procedures to meet requirements of KJV/Chevron and MMA Offshore protocols
•	Office Co-ordination: Optimise use of office space and all aspects of office related equipment for all personnel. E.g. budgeting of office equipment, allocation of areas, co-ordination of IT functions, mobilisation and demobilisation of office furniture, equipment etc. 
•	Rosters: Create, maintain and distribute as necessary
•	Daily sign-on sheet and Pre-start information for all MMA Offshore, contractors and sub-contractors on site
•	Mentoring other contractors and sub-contractors to ensure they comply to project requirements
•	Booking of flights for all MMA Offshore, contractors and sub-contractors reporting on all flight related costs: charter (no-shows), commercial etc. 
•	Co-ordinate with ESS, KJV/Chevron and CKJV regarding matters which affect contractors and sub-contractors
•	Personnel Files: Maintain on site personnel filing system and deal with HR matters as required
•	Co-ordination of workers, visitors, short term workers and sub-contractors into ERMS/Enable for mobilisation
•	Liaise with client for sign off of billing logs, accommodation, project purchases, issuing of site instructions etc. as required in relation to the contract
•	Purchase requisitions/orders as required. Responsible for ordering for MMA on the Europa. This includes but is not limited to stationery, PPE, equipment, tools, parts etc.
•	Training: maintain training records and book training as required

Senior Site Administrator

Kellogg Joint Venture - Gorgon

•	Supervised team of 4 Travel Co-ordinators
•	Interviewing and selection of personnel for travel team
•	Co-ordination with the Travel Manager in Perth to make sure all policies and procedures are correctly followed by both teams to meet project requirements
•	Writing and implementation of travel policies and procedures to meet requirements of KJV/Chevron protocols. Ensure that these procedures are the most cost/time efficient yet still maintaining the integrity of the work output
•	Monthly financial reports for all costs associated with travel and deployment for KJV/Chevron. This report is distributed to all parties within KJV and Chevron who have a vested interest in the costs associated with travel and deployment
•	Collation and distribution of daily Travel Manifest for all KJV/Chevron personnel
•	Weekly/Monthly KJV project report for the Deployment Department. This includes new personnel, breakdown of costs for each department, breakdown of costs for types of travel and accommodation, exploring areas for cost cutting, forecasting areas where costs may rise etc.
•	Booking of all flights for all KJV/Chevron personnel to and from the project from their point of hire. A large percentage of personnel for KJV/Chevron are based interstate and overseas
•	Mobilisation and Demobilisation of relevant personnel during cyclones
•	Roster: Create, maintain and distribute as necessary and maintaining of departmental organization chart
•	Accommodation: Book accommodation at camp and off site as required. Checking of weekly/monthly accommodation reports 
•	Visitors Log and approval for all visitors to the project for KJV/Chevron
•	Co-ordinate the entering of information for visitors and short term workers into ERMS/Enable for approval to come to site
•	Daily FIFO flight bookings for 200 personnel based in Karratha and commuting to Barrow Island each day due to a bed shortage on the island

•	Supervised a team of 5 administrators.
•	Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports for Project Manager reporting; man hours, personnel on project, Project cost relating to administration area, office costs etc. Ensured all out KPI’s were met on a weekly/daily/monthly basis.
•	Office Management: Organising office space and all aspects of office related equipment for Staff. This involved budgeting for office equipment, allocation of areas, coordination of IT functions, mobilisation and demobilisation of offices, equipment etc. 
•	Present daily pre-start to relevant group of personnel. 
•	Daily sign-on sheets for all AGC and sub-contractors on site. Ensure there are no fatigue management breaches.
•	Absent Employees: update and distribute daily to relevant personnel list of employees who are absent.
•	Booking of flights for AGC personnel, visitors and sub-contractors. The charter flights are booked through VAMS, and the Commercial flights through Corporate Travel Management. Checking of weekly flight reports and approval for payment.
•	Collation of daily timesheets for payroll and entry in Kronos for payment.
•	Organisation of work related functions on and off site.
•	Accommodation: Book accommodation at camp and off site as required. Checking of weekly/monthly flight reports and approval for payment.
•	Entry of information for visitors and short term workers into ERMS/Enable for approval to come to site. 
•	Liaise with client for sign off of overtime request, requests to work RDO, use of mobile phones on site etc. as required in relation to the contract.
•	Personnel Files: Maintain on site personnel filing system and ensure copies of paperwork are sent to the relevant people. Both hard copy and electronic.
•	Rosters: Create, maintain and distribute as necessary.
•	Training: maintain training records and book training as required.
•	Freight and Courier Services: Organise as required.
•	Purchase requisitions/orders as required. Ordering of stationery and PPE as required.

John Holland

•	Daily/Weekly/Monthly safety and environmental reports to the client.
•	Implementation of JHG policies and procedures in relation to the safety team.
•	Uploading of safety information into Project Pack.
•	Entering and tracking of all safety reports (Hazard Observations, Incident Reports etc.) into Figtree.
•	Ensure all KPI’s are met by personnel in the HSE team and that they are reported to the client in a timely manner.
•	New Starters/Visitors: Recording of relevant information into training matrix and induction register.
•	Keep all registers up to date: collation of the information and then present to the client. Registers included: Fire Extinguisher, Permits (all types, e.g. electrical, excavation, hot work, working at heights etc.), Fall Arrest equipment, vehicles and machinery.
•	Create personnel file with relevant training records – electronic and hard copy.
•	Collation of weekly timesheets for safety team to be presented to the client.
•	Booking of all training to meet JHG and Client requirements.
•	Collation of paperwork, tickets etc. from sub-contractors to ensure they are working in line with JHG policies and procedures.

•	Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports: including Man Hours, KPI and Production.
•	Document Control – Collate, Record and File appropriately all documentation related to the Project/Contract (hard copy and electronically).

•	Office Management: liaise with the necessary contractors in regards to office equipment, office furniture, maintenance of office, IT equipment etc.
•	Accommodation: Book camps, organise houses/cleaning/inspections/gardeners, hotels, etc. Check that the accommodation meets budget requirements

•	Training matrix: Implement and maintain training matrix. Book training as required; make sure training/medicals are up to date.
•	Freight and mail: Organise as required.
•	Collation of monthly timesheets, leave forms etc and send to payroll for processing.
•	Organise functions as required for team building exercises and just general company social activities. 
•	Book medicals as required in compliance with BHP, FMG and Rio Tinto requirements.
