Provided requirements analysis for a Vegetation Management integration effort , the TIM Phase II project, and the initiative to improve the interface between EGIS and EMAX. Standard SDLC.  Served as the Business Analyst and Test Lead for the Gtech upgrade.

Provided functional support for a public sector implementation of HR (Time Entry) in SAP R/3.  Initial responsibilities included conducting Joint Application Development sessions to determine requirements for 31 unique entities, process flows, data modeling, documentation, configuration, testing, development of integration test plans, training development and delivery. Managed project within the defined scope and budget.  Post Go-Live daily activities included formal and desk-side training of call center support staff, identification/documentation of system deficiencies, and resolution of issues at the Tier 4 level. Systems Analyst

Acterna

Developed a secure e-commerce solution for Acterna’s top customers.  Responsible for requirements gathering, web architecting, database design, testing, and final customer acceptance.   Lead cross-functional team to evaluate and implement best-in-class IT processes/ standards to replace current ineffective and/or expensive corporate IT solutions.  Managed applications development team (programmers/DBAs). Sourced and managed multiple contracts for IT development and data migration projects. Supported Acterna IT through the Blueprint phase of their SAP implementation (Version 4.6c).

•	Reduced site development costs by  $1.6 million.
•	Introduced platform-independent dynamic coding to the Acterna IT community  (ColdFusion)

IT Management - Web Solutions

Learning Force

Re-engineered internal processes, solidified the IT infrastructure, and developed Internet applications to enable this 15 year-old company to grow exponentially. Served as project manager for 3 key clients and served as the liaison to the U.S. Department of Labor.  Managed large-scale data conversion from legacy systems. Managed IT staff and contract employees.  LearningForce also known as American Collage Advisory Service.

The positive changes included:
•	A 30% reduction in program costs for Motorola
•	A 75% reduction in turnaround times on standard and non-standard transactions
•	Installation of a 3COM switch/phone system w/ call center functionality
•	A remote hosting agreement for a solid web presence
•	Strategic leasing agreements for critical equipment
