After 8 years in the Health Care field, I decided to put together all the knowledge I have gained and open Enrich Virtual Solutions. I’m a virtual assistant who works with solo medical providers and mental health professionals. I assist with the back end day-to-day of their business-like calendar management, inbox management, insurance verification, denials, appointment scheduling, medical billing, and authorization. This is the first step in the process of starting a claim, not being accurate and efficient can be disastrous because it can delay the authorization and billing cycle. -One of the reasons why insurance is denying claims is because they don’t see patient history showing that the exam is medically necessary. Patients are being sent out to do a Diagnostic Radiology exam but only one or none of the Health Plan clinical guidelines are being followed, I assist by going over a checklist to ensure that guidelines have been followed before initiating a case, this is helpful because it increases approval, decrease denial and appeal which takes time away from seeing more patients and allowing you to be in your space of creative genius, so you can focus on scaling your business. -Prepare and submit timely, accurate, and clean billing to the insurance company. This will ensure that medical professional is reimbursed the correct amount for the service that they provide to the patient, and that payment is received in a timely manner. -The benefit of hiring me is that you don't have to train me because I have knowledge in health care terminology and procedure.
