Handled all aspects of merchandising at 100+ store and pharmacy locations across the U.S. 
Worked closely with the management team at 20+ stores on a weekly or monthly basis, and across 6 states on a bi-monthly basis 
Completed call reports accurately at each visit and had a 99%+ on time fulfillment rate
Recruited and trained 20+ new employees as Quality Control Support (QCS) for SPAR

Worked with leadership to extend government permits and assisted with 4 internal and 3 external audits

Associate Coordinator of Leader Accreditation

Managed the Leader Accreditation Department, led process improvements used throughout the organization. Refined documents for accreditation process, saving an average of 12 hours per application.
Presented at District Workshops and Area Conferences,  authored more than 20 quarterly articles for Area-wide distribution, and edited more than 30 Area publications 
Worked with 245 Leader Applicants, resulting in more than 100 leaders accredited over 5 years. Trained Associates for the department, increasing the number of active Associates by 25%.
