Business Continuity Manger for Burberry PLC, 2+billion turnover Luxury Fashion House responsible for 500+ owned stores and concessions, 22 global offices, 8 distribution hubs & two internal manufacturing factories.  Operating in 43 Countries.

•	Incident Management policies and procedures across Regions and through corporate. Supporting Corporate and C-suite level incidents as part of the IMT. 
•	Designing and delivering testing and exercising schedule for C-suite and regional teams.
•	Introduced BCMS to aid crisis management via mobile incident app, and BC assessment/ planning for all internal functions (including distribution) and key external suppliers.
•	Implemented emergency notification system launched and used globally across multi languages. Including contractors & business travellers.
•	Transitioned from single manager completing BC cycle to a global network of BC Co-ordinators responsible for delivering BC for their function. Providing training, BC knowledge and how to use the BCM system to complete risk assessment, BIA & BCP.
•	Developing & improving alternative working arrangements. Working with new partners introduced WAR solution for Asia, delivered in China & to be launched in Japan and Korea. 
•	Partnering with IT DR Manager on BC/IT DR strategy to ensure functional RTO’s/RPO’s are met. 
•	Working with Supply Chain & Procurement to design and launch a supplier BIA process to identify critical suppliers/ dependencies and highlight risks.

•	Supporting the Identification, Assessment and Categorising of risks that threaten the interruption of business as usual across the Group by maintaining a Group Risk Profile.
•	Delivery and management of quarterly preparedness for Crisis Management, National Business Recovery, International Sourcing Business Recovery and International Retail Business Recovery.
•	Quarterly call out cascade testing applied to all Crisis Management & Business Recovery. 
•	Annual Crisis Management Exercises. Planning and organising of exercise, setting up of Crisis Management Centre. Working with Third party suppliers and participating in the exercise. 
•	On call Duty manager responding to live incidents from routine incidents through to Crisis Situations. Support given as part of the CMT for Civil Unrest & Windows 7 IT failure within M&S Head office network. 
•	Control of Business Continuity Budget. 
•	Responsible for the development and delivery of a Critical Suppliers database for the Critical suppliers to M&S. 
•	Working with the HSBC team to support the launch and management of M&S Bank 
•	Business Continuity Platform – Developed a Business Continuity Platform as a central BC repository for all BC documentation for every M&S Location including International.
•	Development of a BC App for Crisis Management. 
•	Travel Safe programme – For the safety and security of our International Business Travellers on the 7000+ international Business trips per year.
•	Olympic preparedness. For the London 2012 Olympics, worked in partnership with the Corporate Security Team, the Logistics team, maintenance teams and my Retail Colleagues to ensure a smooth trading period.
