Being part of a multicultural family combining 4 nationalities, having lived in 5 countries, travelled and worked in 6 continents, I decided to take my private take on DEI into a career transition. To make the world a more inclusive place for all, my main ā€œWHYā€ being my 2 biracial boys, who deserve to have the same opportunities and grow up in a more equal world. I combine expert knowledge in cultural intelligence (CQ), my unique experience within DEI, and over 15 years in Marketing and Communications, within projects like the FIFA World Cupā„¢ and the FIFA Womenā€™s World Cupā„¢. To guide and support executives and organisations to promote opportunities, innovation and actual inclusion, to help their employees reach their full potential in an environment of trust and respect. Embracing DEI to create genuine equal opportunities for each of us is the only way to grow as a person and, thus, as a company for the future.
